He was predeceased by: his parent Coy Lee Parrish; and his siblings, Sis Simmons, Louise Boaz, Lib Myers, Troy Parrish and Jake Parrish.
He is survived by: his parent Annie Mae Swain Parrish; his children, Rhonda Parrish White (Wade), Michael Howard Parrish and Stephen Todd Parrish (Amy); his grandchildren, Meghan Uhl (Nick), Madelyn Long (Sean), Nathaniel Parrish, Jesse White and John White; and his great grandchildren, Tristen Uhl, Asher Uhl and Sadie Mae. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
