She was predeceased by: her parents, Moyer Lowe and Nettie Welch Lowe; her husband Robert "Coot" Rosenbalm; her granddaughter Tosha Michelle Rosenbalm; her brother Nathaniel Lowe; her parents-in-law, Robert and Kate Rosenbalm; and her son-in-law Gerald Leroy Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughter Dolores Johnson of Gary; her granddaughter Robin Rosenbalm of Winston; her great grandchildren, Sydnei Rosenbalm of Winston-Salem and Ryanne Rosenbalm of Charlotte; her great great grandchild Zuri Leigh Rosenbalm Goodloe; her sister Mildred Smith of Algoma; her sisters-in-law, Bessie Ridgely of Sykesville, Barbara Rosenbalm of Ellicott City and Sarah Lowe of Oak Park, Michigan; and her nieces, Jo Ann Smith of Algoma, Natalie Patterson of Oak Park, Karen "Khaki" Brown Leonard, Yvonne Johnson, Stoneville of North Carolina, Carolyn, Joan, Linda Scales, Penney Hairston, Traci Allison, Lynn Curtis, Connie Keith and Michelle Burnett.
