He is survived by: his children, Debra Salmons Vernon, Mark Salmons and James "Fish" Salmons; his children-in-law, Mark Vernon and Patty Salmons; his granddaughters, Vila Fleming (Sam Fleming), Jena Salmons and Chris Thomas; and his great grandchildren, Riley Fleming, Finn Fleming, Josie Salmons and James Salmons.
