He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew McKinley Burrow and Ruby Moore Burrow; and his siblings, Robert Burrow, James Ray Burrow, Frankie Burrow and Martha Ann Campbell.
He is survived by: his son Chad Burrow (Aleesha); his grandchildren, Luke and Samantha; his sisters, Dorothy Voss and Lucille Stringfield (Ronnie); and his close friend Pam Boles. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rural Hall Chapel - Hayworth-Miller Funeral Homes & Crematory (305 Bethania-Rural Hall Rd, Rural Hall, NC 27045).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Gary's name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, The Shriners Children's Hospital, or King Christian Church.
