He was predeceased by : his wife Stephanie Adams Mikels. He is survived by : his parents, Ben Mikels and Nancy Crews Mikels; his former life partner Valerie Dawn Mikels; his son Hunter Mikels (Taylor Evans); his siblings, Randy Mikels and Sharon Summerlin; and his pet Darbie. He is also survived by many loving extended family and friends.
