He was predeceased by : his parents, Gurney Venable and Bessie Venable. He is survived by : his wife Jane Simmons Venable; his sons, Robbie Venable (Angie) and Freddie Venable; his grandchildren, Kynlee and River Venable; his sisters, Kay Collins (Bob) and Bonnie Matthews; his sister-in-law Lynda Winesett; and his pet Funrow. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
