It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin Tilley of Rural Hall, North Carolina, who passed away on October 1, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Bud Tilley and Nelson Tilley of Florida; his significant other Shirley Waddell Tilley; his grandson Bradley Ryan Tilley; and his siblings, James Tilley, Moyer Tilley, Clarence Tilley, Lloyd Tilley, Nannie Boles, Rachelle Mayer, Edith Martin, Josephine Shifflette, Avaline Tilley, Eleanor Hornesby and Mamie Shelton.

He is survived by : his son Adrian Paul Tilley; and his granddaughter Holly Ann Tilley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The family asks that attendees please wear masks to help reduce the spread of COVID.
