He was predeceased by : his father Donald James Spann; his nephew Jayce Haverkos; and his niece Kristin Spear. He is survived by : his mother Donna Rea Cooke; his siblings, Tracy Estep, Shannon Michael (Cory), Shawn Cooke (Heather) and Dawn Mclamb (Charlie); his aunt Sue Sue; his nieces and nephews, Summer Williams (Jacob), Megan Wiles, Ryan Waycaster, Kelsei Cooke and Cameron Cooke; and his stepfather Jeff Tingle. He is also survived by 12 great-nieces and nephews.
