He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Freeman Ashburn, Sr. and Barbara Heath Ashburn. He is survived by: his siblings, Gordon Freeman Ashburn, Jr. and Heather Ashburn Cousar; and his uncle James Larry Heath (Dianne Heath). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
