He is survived by : his wife Kay Bullard; his sons, Tommy Bullard (Laine), Tony Bullard (Teresa) and Todd Bullard (Michele); and his brother Kenneth Bullard (Nancy). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
