He is survived by : his father David Lee; his grandmother Carpenter Donithan of Galax, Virginia; his sister Tessa Lynn; his brother-in-law Ray Briggs of Galax, Virginia; and his brothers, Christopher Lee (Krystal Donithan), Daniel Wayne (Lauren Donithan) and Derek Conley Donithan of Radford, Virginia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
