He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur Carl and Ida Clark. He is survived by : his siblings, AC, Doug, Ralph and Joan; his significant other Lorene Lawson of King, NC.; his sons, Conrad Richard "Rick" Clark, Jr. (Stormy) and Kenneth "Gary" Clark Clark (Jill); his grandchildren, Avyn Rhodes, Dennis Rhodes (Kathryn) and Lindsay Hart; and his great grandchildren, Darby and Remy Rhodes.
