He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Ezekiel Adkins, Sr. and Mildred Adkins Strader. He is survived by: his siblings, Ronnie Adkins, Janice King (Frank) and Carol Ann Taylor (Charlie); and his close friend Shirley Rollins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
