Forsythe (Dennis) of Ruffin and Steve William Smith of Ruffin; his brothers, Bobby Smith (Yvone) of Reidsville, David Smith (Colleen) of Caswell Co, Roger Smith (Rosa) of Indiana and James Smith of Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Nikki Davis (Chris), Kayla Forsythe, Jessica Forsythe and Casey Forsythe (Jacki); and his great grandchildren, Miley Bowman, Elayna Davis, Braylon Davis and Raylen Mason.
