He is survived by: his children, Calvin Adkinson, Melvin Adkinson of Newport News, VA, Shelia Henderson of Hampton, VA. and Tamey Adkinson of Hampton, VA.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
