He is survived by: his spouse Deborah Cayton Woodson; his daughters, Amanda Woodson Cantrell and Shannon Carol Warden; his granddaughter Skyler Cantrell; and his siblings, Kate Earles (Louis), Patricia Tucker (Ronald), Linda Wagoner and Thomas Woodson, Sr..
