She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" and Anna Barsuhn Wegner. She is survived by: her husband James Edward "Jim" Dotson; her children, Leah Dotson Wagoner of Charlotte and Jim Dotson (Ann) of Raleigh; her grandchildren, Tommy, Andy (Heather), Emily (Matt), Hillary (Matt), Bennett (Raegen), Hunter (Haley) and Lillian Aselya; and her siblings, Louise, Lois, Leah, Sam, Paul, Raymond, Marvin and Wilmar. She is also survived by 13 children.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, those attending the service are asked to wear masks or face coverings and to observe social distancing.
