He was predeceased by: his parent Lawson Withers; and his brother Willie Malloy Withers. He is survived by: his parent Mamie Williamson Withers; his children, Monica Y. Withers of Ft and Derek D. Withers (Laura) of Greensboro, NC; and his brother Albert Wayne Withers of Indianapolis.
