He is survived by: his son James Bennett "Ben" Pryor (Alex Pryor) of Ruffin; his grandchildren, Jace Bennett Pryor and Jaxon Reid Pryor; his son Daniel Blake Pryor; his parents, Claude E. Pryor, Jr. of Ruffin and Diane Peed Pryor of Ruffin; and his brother Claude E. Pryor, III of Ruffin. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.
