He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Leonard Moran and Ada Salmons Moran; his wife Rebecca Jean Blackwell Moran; and his siblings, Norman, Eugene, Otis, Doug, Billy, Gerald Moran and Iris Moran.
He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Peggy, Alma, Linda, Carolyn, Jeanie Moran and Barbara Blackwell Schaeffer; and his cousin Gladys Moran Brown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions can be made to Central Blvd Church of God building fund, the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews or God's Pit Crew.
