It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Addie Stokes of Ruffin, North Carolina, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 20, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harrison P. Page and Addie Elizabeth Allen Page; and her husband Willis W. Stokes. She is survived by: her daughters, Sylvia Diedhiou (Regisse) of Maryland and Barbara Worsham of Maryland; and her grandchildren, Chantell Worsham and Gabin Diedhiou. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends.

Due to the constraints of public gatherings during the COVID-19 outbreak a viewing will be Friday, October 1, 2021 from 4 p. m. to 7 p. m. in the Juanita S. Fulton Memorial Chapel of Fulton-Walton Funeral Home.
