It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Smith Norfleet Jr. (Roxobel, North Carolina), who passed away on May 18, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Smith, Sr. and Sally Cora Eason Norfleet; his wife Jean Harrington Norfleet; and his sisters, Sally Cora Brown and Margaret Andrews "Peggy" Norfleet.
He is survived by: his daughter Jeanne Norfleet Brinkley (Ralph); his granddaughters, Jenny Vaughan (Bill) and Amy Roberts (Josh); his great grandchildren, Lil, Bill and Katie; and his niece Dana Wiggins (Jim). He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, and extended family.
