She was predeceased by: her parents, George Walters and Ruth Evans Walters; her husband Donald Perkins; and her siblings, Joe, Jimmy, Billy Ray, Ricky Wayne Walters and Ema Lee "Sissy" Walters.
She is survived by: her children, Kip Perkins of Reidsville, NC, Donna Dawson of Windsor, NC and Melinda White (Chuck) of Lewiston, NC; her grandchildren, Chaise Perkins of Elizabeth City, NC, Hunter White of Lewiston, Bayley of Windsor, Emiley of Windsor, Carley Beth Dawson of Windsor, Hannah of Lewiston and Camryn White of Lewiston; and her sisters, Shelby Wooten of Laurinburg, NC and Betty Price of Ahoskie, NC. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
