She was predeceased by: her parents, William Dolphin and Mary Murray Whitfield; her husband Bryant Earl Tucker; her grandson-in-law Jamie Bowman; and her aunt Sarah Whitfield.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lynda Lee Byrd (Denise Furr) of Charlotte and Pamela Lee Smith (George) of Ohio; her grandchildren, Christina Byrd of Timberlake, Michelle Thomas (Julius) of Ohio, Jacob Smith (Dani) of Ohio and Amber Byrd; and her great grandchildren, Mahailey, Anthony, Cincere, Janae, Alexis, Andrew, Collin, Gavin, Ethan, Lucas, Rocco, Jionni and Frankie. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Cunningham and Nelson Funeral Home (87 Brookland Church Rd, Roxboro, NC 27573). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
