He is survived by: his wife Corliss Owens; his children, Sheldon Cameron (Christle) of Roxboro, Roger Owen (Ceceli) of South Boston, Virginia, Cherron Garrett of Atlanta, Georgia of South Boston, Rogasisha Owen of South Boston and Rogene Everett (Lawrence) of South Boston; his grandchildren, Alecia Hamlett of Roxboro, Shynecia Cameron of Roxboro, Roshanon Torain (Corey) of Roxboro, Kobe Owen of South Boston, Clarence Jackson of South Boston, Derrick Perkins of South Boston and Rashad Jones of South Boston; his great grandchildren, Karmyn Bumphus of Roxboro, Collin Owen of Roxboro, Cole Torain of Roxboro and Kalaya Jones of South Boston; and his brother Nathaniel Owens (Jackie) of Reisterstown. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
