He was predeceased by: his father Ricky Thomas Blalock; his stepfather Perry Straight Carter; and his grandparents, Robert, Marie Rosenbaum, Delores and Andrew Blalock.

He is survived by: his mother Patsy Rosenbaum Carter; and his half-sisters, Heather Blalock and Donna Blalock. He is also survived by his family and friends.
