She was predeceased by: her parents, Silas Carey and Dora Rebecca Stone Long; her husband John William Wilson, Jr.; and her siblings, Drucilla Long, Christine Long, Sadie "Peg" Lunsford, Eunice Pruitt and Rufus Long.
She is survived by: her daughter Connie W. Tatum; her grandson Scott Campbell; her great grandchild Noah Campbell; and her sister Marie West. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Olive Branch Baptist Church (7588 Dirgie Mine Rd, Roxboro, NC 27574). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
