He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Colon and Rosabelle Terry Walker; and his siblings, Harold Winfred Walker and Katie Sue Walker. He is survived by: his daughters, Devin Walker Compton of Roxboro and Carly Walker Faulkenbury (Wesley) of Graham; his sisters, Ann Walker Glenn (Kenny) of Rougemont, Bonnie Carol Walker of Hendersonville and Gayle Walker Long of Roxboro; and his grandchildren, Emerson Layne Compton, Ava Ryan Faulkenbury, Owen David Faulkenbury and Olivia Walker Faulkenbury.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Brooks and White Funeral Home (907 Durham Rd, Roxboro, NC 27573). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Caldwell Community Building (7607 NC-157, Rougemont, NC 27572).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Living Free Ministries (1230 Walnut Grove Lane, Snow Camp, NC 27349).
