He is survived by: his parent Florence Ester Tuck Seate; his spouse Mary Josephine Conner Seate; his children, Melissa Jo Seate (Nekevin Cates) and Kelly Martin Seate (Leslie); his grandchildren, Arthur James Davis, Kenyon Dwayne Cates and Holly Elizabeth Seate; his stepgrandchildren, Nichols Wilkins, Christian Haley Davis and Heidi Davis; his stepson Christopher Allen Davis; and his brother Al Seate of Roxboro.
