He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Barrow Dixon and Daisy Belle Langley Dixon; his wife Lillie Marie Roberson Dixon; his son Alexander "Al" Dixon; and his siblings, Rudoulf Dixon, Donald Dixon, Benjamin "Ben" Dixon, Horace Dixon and Zee Dixon.
He is survived by: his sons, Mike (Janet Dixon), Dave (Jackie Dixon) and Jeff (Tammie Dixon); his grandchildren, Gabrielle "Gabe" Dixon, Gage (Rocio Dixon), Gabrielle Long, Carrie Garbade, Jeffrey (Shelby Dixon), Jordon Dixon and Jennifer (Chase Garrett); and his great grandchildren, Thomas Acosta, Alivia Bohanon, Carah Bohanon, Luna Garbade and Whitney Dixon.
