He is survived by: his wife Rachel Gentry; his daughters, Kimberly Long (Kendall) of Roxboro, Kristy Shotwell (Kyle) of Roxboro and Kerry Henderson (Don Wheless) of Roxboro; his siblings, Clara Jane Denny of Roxboro, Barbara Ann Lynds of Wilmington, Gail Bailey (Paul) of Roxboro and Mark Gentry, Sr. (Brenda) of Roxboro; his grandchildren, Zackary (Gracie), Kenley, Don III, Kendall Grace, Collin, Carsyn, Izabella, Aubrey, Charlotte, Jacob, Ashton and Maggie; his great grandchild Hazel; and his nephews, Jeremy Gentry, Mark Gentry, Jr., Steve Bailey, Craig Gentry, David Gentry, Chris Lynds, Michael Lynds and Stuart Rhue.
