He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Combs and Mary Lois Combs; and his sister Brenda Combs Pardue. He is survived by: his children, Pamela Gibson (Alan) and Randall Harold Gibson of Danville Virginia; his siblings, Wayne Combs of Elkin, Dewayne Combs of Henderson, Jimmy Combs of Elkin and Linda Combs Bullins of Jonesville; his grandchildren, Ashely Gibson and Christopher Gibson; and his great grandchildren, Nicholas, Matthew Currier and Kylie Rimmer.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Antioch Baptist Church (677 Antioch Church Rd, Timberlake, NC 27583). A memorial service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 4:30 PM at the same location.
