She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee and Texie Lou Ragland; and her siblings, Jill Ragland, Joyce Ragland and Tommy Lee Ragland.

She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Edna Ragland (David) of Roxboro, Sylvia Ragland of Roxboro and Sylvester Bailey of Washington, DC. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
