She is survived by: her husband Clarence "Lennie" Phillips; her children, Beverly Johnson (Mike), Dale Phillips (Teresa), Chris Phillips (Jennifer) and Paul Phillips (Sandy); her siblings, Rachel Hite, Landy Lowery, Dean Puryear and Reba Yvonne Glasscock; her grandchildren, Brooke J. Gentry (Kyle), Alyson J. Glasscock (Berry), Logan P. Burrell (Tanner), Madison P. Johnson (Coty), Ethan Phillips (Dakota), Colin Wade, Preston Phillips (Grace), Nathan Phillips (Tina), Jason Phillips, Grant Phillips and Rylan Phillips; and her great grandchildren, Noah Johnson, Kylie Gentry, Lydia Johnson, Jacob Gentry, Henry Burrell, Carver Phillips and Rylee Phillips.
