He is survived by: his wife Minnie Jones Locklear; his children, Michael Kim Locklear (Sylvia) of Rowland and Debby Cay Locklear of Rowland; his siblings, Mitchell Locklear of Pembroke, Curley Blue of Rowland and Aline Blue of Rowland; his grandchildren, Thursdae Locklear Jacobs, Desarae Locklear and Ariel Locklear; and his great grandchildren, Gavin Jacobs and Jersey Jacobs.
Due to the COVID-19 Mandates, there will be a time of viewing for extended family and friends between the hours of Noon and 2:00 p. m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
