He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Tirza Carmichael Collins (Kirk), William of Las Vegas, NV, Malachi (Tina), Silver Spring, MD, Nathan Carmichael (Cassandra) and Abingdon, MD; his siblings, Mary Carmichael of Willingboro, NJ, DC of Washington and Paul Monroe of Lumberton, NC; his siblings-in-law, Lula Carmichael and P. Eddie Foutz (Reni); and his aunts, Edna Jones of Trenton, NJ and Annie M. Fields. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
