He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Jacobs and Martha Jean Locklear Jacobs; and his siblings, Billy Jacobs and Teresa Clark. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Strickland Jacobs; his sons, Darrick Strickland (Jessica) of Rowland and Rusty Strickland (Jeanie) of Laurinburg; his sisters, Vickie Jacobs of Rowland, Wanda Jacobs of Maxton, Daphne Locklear of Maxton and Nicole Jacobs of Rowland; and his granddaughter Kia Strickland. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews and many friends.
Current COVID-19 mandates require facial masks or coverings and attendance for all services will be limited to family.
