She was predeceased by: her parents, Christine Mae and George Rubith Locklear; her grandson Phillip Dustin Locklear; and her siblings, Lois Heeb, Curline Fields, Ruby Neil Locklear, Fuller Locklear, Marshall Locklear, Harold Locklear and Briskel Locklear.
She is survived by: her children, Sean Jones of Maxton, NC, Kristie Jones and Felicia Jones; and her siblings, Geraldine Thomas of Sanford, NC, James Earl of Maxton, NC, Horace Locklear of Maxton, NC and Johnny Boy Locklear of Maxton, NC. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
