She was predeceased by: her parents, Adell Sr. and Guy Locklear Sr.; her sister Lou Cherry Locklear; her sons, Preston Locklear and Donald Locklear; and also, Bobby Locklear, James H. Locklear, Guy Locklear Jr. and Lailuer Locklear.

She is survived by: her sons, Vance Locklear (Vicky) and Larry Locklear (Lisa). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
