Locklear; his sons, Charles McMillan of Red Springs, Thaniel Locklear Jr. of Maxton and Randall McMillan of Rowland; his siblings, Mrs Velenda Morgan of Rennert, Dianne Locklear of Red Springs, Miss Macy Locklear of Pembroke, Denise Hunt of Fairmont, Miss Phylis Lynn Locklear of Pembroke, Alan Kendell Locklear of Pembroke, Perry Marcus Locklear of Pembroke and Philip Ray Locklear Jr. (Otis) of Pembroke; and his close friend Arlie Jacobs. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and a host of relatives and friends.
