She was predeceased by: her parents, James Henery Locklear and Erestine T. Wynn; her husband Samuel Jacobs; and her sisters, Kathy Locklear and Joanne Locklear.
She is survived by: her children, Kelly Ann Jacobs of Pembroke, Breannah Jessica Locklear of Pembroke, Tina Jacobs of Pembroke, Samuel "Papa" Jacobs (Christina) of Pembroke and Richard Locklear of Pembroke; and her siblings, Carol Capps, Charlene Locklear, Donna Locklear, Cathy Locklear and Erine Biggs. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Elrod Baptist Church (538 State Rd 1151, Rowland, NC 28383). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
