It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Haggins (Rowland, North Carolina), who passed away on April 8, 2022, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Locklear and Joyce Locklear; her siblings, Myra Locklear, Rebecca Chavis and Carey Locklear; and her grandsons, Jose Lazara Haggins and Johnny Lazara Haggins.
She is survived by: her husband Johnny Ray Haggins; her children, Carol Haggins Leyva (Alen), Crystal Haggins, Suzette Haggins, Johnnie Haggins, Joyce Haggins and Devin Dial; her siblings, Donna Locklear, Vickie Fields (Willie), Tonya Squires (Jamie Graham) and Danny Ray Bullard; and her grandchildren, Elanda Leyva, Shyanna Lazara, Alen Leyva, Grady Leyva, Sofonias Leyva and Johnny Haggins. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
