He is survived by: his significant other Luzzette Bullard; his daughter Annette Bullard Cleveland (Harold); his grandchildren, Ashley Cleveland Hook (Charles) and Tony Dale Cleveland (Tessa); and his great grandchildren, Vanita, Aleeya, Kailey, Charlotte and Theodore Dale.
