She was predeceased by: her husband Charlie Lowey; and her daughters, Martha A. Oxendine and Joyce A Lowery. She is survived by: her daughter Amy Owens (Gary); her grandchildren, Garbrena, Gary, Charla Pevie, Pamela Lucas, Phillip Oxendine and Cheyenne Locklear; her great grandchildren, Grant Douglas, Naomi Pittman, Alana Ransom, Makayla Lucas, Michael Lucas and Savannah Oxendine; her siblings, Belton Locklear and Addie Oxendine; and her aunt Gladys Locklear. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
