She was predeceased by: her mother Curline Fields; and her siblings, Larry Locklear, Tony Locklear, Wendell Fields and Endora Fields.
She is survived by: her father Wesley H. Fields; her husband Michael Hammonds; her children, Candice Maynor (Derrick) of Shannon, NC and Kent Smith Jr. (Morgan) of Maxton, NC; her grandchildren, Ashley Maynor, Rylan, Braylen Maynor and John Landan Locklear; and her sister Marcella Fields of Holden Beach, NC. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
