He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Wynne Morgan; his children, Tammy Wynne Jacobs (Jeff), Jennifer Morgan-Chavis (Doug), Melanie Stefonia Jacobs (Shane) and William Thomas Morgan (Michele); and his grandchildren, Matthew Lowery, Latisha Nicole Wynne, Brynan Christopher Blue of Chesapeake, VA, William Thomas Morgan Ill, Candice Nichel Morgan, John Cameron Bryant, Ariana Raquelle Chavis of Mebane, Morgan Brittany Blue, Tamara Leshae Bryant and Douglas Ray Chavis II. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
