She was predeceased by: her stepfather Ronald Locklear. She is survived by: her children, Everton Chancellor Chavis III of Lumber Bridge, Master Tommy Jaxton Tyler and Miss Allaminia Marie Tyler; her goddaughter Santasia Ward of Pembroke; her siblings, Terry Hardin, Forrest Dial (Jerri) of Rowland, Kendra Locklear of Marston, NC, Kassondra Chavis Hunt (Jamie) of Rowland and Rhonda Sampson of Pembroke; her close friend Alexis Marie Nunn of Eugene, OR; her brother Kelvin Seals (Crip); her nephew Paul Chavis; and her brother Devan Owens. She is also survived by six nephews and four nieces; one great nephew; three lifelong friends.
