He was predeceased by: his parents, Hardy, Sr. Miles and Estella Brunson Miles. He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy L. McCoy, Magdalene Rhone, Genevieve Murphy, Gordan Baker, Brenda Baker and Timothy Baker; his children, Kelisa Vanderhall, Jonathan Monroe (Kim), Shaunette Meekins (Sherman), Christopher Watson (Brittany), Terrance Miles (Kayla) and Abram Miles (Demetria); his siblings, Hardy Miles, Jr. (Glenda), Thomas Miles (Mary), Nora Miles, Carstella Miles, Gloria McRae (David), Alefair Miles, Richard Watson (Kilah), Kelvin Watson (Cassondra), Anthony Baker (Angela), Benjamin Baker and Elton Watson; and his mother-in-law Louise Monroe. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Viewing will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Southside Ashpole Elementary School (607 N Martin Luther King Jr Exd, Rowland, NC 28383). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
