Locklear; and his siblings, Donald Locklear (Pauline) of Virginia, Helen Campbell of Rowland, Peggy Locklear of Rowland, Pam Locklear of Rowland, Judy Locklear (Hubert) of Maxton and Nancy Jacobs (Darius) of Pembroke.
