She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbert Lacy Freeman and Barbara Ann Chavis Freeman; and her nephew Rodney Taylor. She is survived by: her husband Rickie Lynn Jacobs; her children, Jodey Lee Carter of Hope Mills, Jessica Lynn Carter of Maxton and Julia Kay Carter of Laurinburg; her grandchildren, Kayley Carter, Danielle Carter and Lakota Carter; her children, Thumper, Ruby and Brendal; and her siblings, Cindy Taylor (Steve) of Shannon, Barbara Hardin (Tim) of Red Springs, Lacy Freeman Jr. of Red Springs and Kay Carter (Abner) of Lumberton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
